Lynn Shepherd's Professional Background

Most women enjoy working with Lynn, not because of the designations or licenses she has earned, but because of comfortable interaction, the progress they make, and trust they share. However credentials, ethics and experience are important when choosing an advisor and for that reason, Lynn's background is shared with you below.

Lynn is a Certified Financial Planner® professional, keynote speaker, author, workshop leader and life coach who has over 35 years of legal and financial experience. She has served as a probate and estate planning paralegal, a probate trust administrator and long-term care specialist.

Lynn owned and operated a successful financial planning and investment management company prior to starting her life planning practice. Specializing in working with women in transition, she understood the need for unbiased information and a financial education center.

Providing a trusted financial life planning resource center for women was the vision for creating The Swan Network multimedia learning center.

Lynn has a passion for wanting to serve her community. She is a

• Graduate of the 18th Class of Leadership Stark County,
• Past President and member of Women's Initiative Canton, 
• Founding Member and Past Chairman of the Women's Division of the North Canton, Ohio Chamber of Commerce;
• Member of Women's Network,
• Instructor for the State of Ohio's Women & Money workshops held on university campuses throughout the state.

Lynn follows the ethics standards set by the Board of Certified Financial Planners.
